About This Black Box
This Black Box was formed in 2007 by guitarist Mike Harwich and vocalist/guitarist Derek Shelton in Richmond, VA. The lineup was solidified in early 2009 by adding Patrick Dewitt on drums and Chris Sheehy on bass. Since then the band has toured and played countless Richmond shows with bands like Off With Their Heads, Nothington, Static Radio NJ, Title Fight, World Inferno Friendship Society, Landmines, and more. They released their first E.P. entitled 'Reconstruction' on Forcefield Records in October 2009.
