TheSoulCommittee was initially a dream, a vision inside Stephani Foster's mind. She had a yearning to create a new kind of Soul music that would build upon the foundation laid by the creators, innovators, and legends of Soul while evolving the genre in new and exciting ways. She and her good friend Devin Marcus McCants were determined to make this vision a reality. They sought out like-minded musicians from all genres of music and together with Joshua McNair, Nathan Piotrowski, Derrick Dietrich, and Erin Meares they formed TheSoulCommittee.
