The band changed their name to Vamonos Hermanos in June 2013. They formed in 2007, when Tom John and Leigh Dawber decided to make their new side-project into a full band. James Machin (also of My Psychoanalyst), Nathan Wilson (Lardpony) and Matt Spalding (Mascot Fight, Biba) joined and the band began practicing and recording demos.
