Mixing the contemporary sounds of VersaEmerge and Emery with post-hardcore and punk influences from the past, Boston's female-fronted band The Wrecking Coast stand out among their peers for being energetic, expressive and innovative. The band released a self-titled EP in September of 2009 and followed the release by playing shows with bands such as The Venetia Fair, Trophy Scars, Kiss Kiss, Phone Calls From Home, Await Rescue, Pira Reis and The Art of Attraction.
