The Weed Garden is the product of composer and multi-performer Paul Barsom's interests in rock, pop, and avant garde. Growing up immersed in an eclectic spectrum of music including '60s pop and R&B, progressive art rock, European concert music and the broad range of styles spawned during the fertile 1970s, Barsom spent his youth and early adulthood in a series of working bands of various styles.
