About The Warm Fuzzies
It began simply as a 'just-for-fun' recording project between singer/songwriter Jason Harwell and former Heros Severum drummer Davey Staton. Fueled by their mutual admiration for bands that played fun, catchy pop songs with fuzzy guitars and analog synthesizers, the two set out to use this combination as a template to create their own hybrid of fuzzy pop songs. With each one bringing songs to the table, as well as writing more together, the musical direction of the project began to take shape and soon they had a cohesive batch of songs.
