There have been several bands named "The Visitors". 1. The Visitors were an Indie Pop band originally from Devon, England. They released one flexidisc, several other pop gems, and one play on John Peel's radio show. They were semi-notable for their song Goldmining being included on the final Sha-La-La flexidisc. Until recently, the works of The Visitors were passed from personal recording to personal recording, as despite a small cult following that typified the c86 Twee Pop movement, they never had the popularity to justify a full CD release.
