The Velvet Teaparty started as a school band at the Los Angeles Music Academy in May 2011' and has been developing into what is now, a mixture of personalities and style that include: classic, alternative, grunge and pop-rock. The band has earned its respect among the scene in Pasadena,CA, being invited to be part of the LAMA Welcome Party and Open House two times in a row.
