Band decided to put the project on hold in the summer of 2005. Original Members: * Lorenna Thompson, Bass * Mark Weintz, Drums * Robby Russell, Guitar In Portland, Oregon, a group of musicians are determined to become the next band to burst out of the Portland music scene. Striving to balance the weight of gravity, age, and maturity; The Vacant has found a way to show their musical maturity has peaked at a time when instrumental rock bands are few and far between.
