About The Universal Key
On a very cold winter day, after new years eve, Roland Bovens and Olof van Doorn decided to start a band. Roland uses fx and electronic guitar. Olof plays percussion on the studio's drumset. Our first play there, in the studio, was at Saturday 7th February 2009. We played music with no fixed structures or lines but as a unit; a band was born... Luc Boux de Casson loving the concept of The Universal Key, was invited in June 2009, and was very enthousiastic to play in a band where individual freedom was working so fine.
