The Super Hopeful Band are a garage psych band from Atlanta, Ga. Shakedown is their first release and is a full length LP. The album was recorded and mixed in the band’s basement studio, dubbed The Altered Studios, and is a culmination of over 3 years of work. Band members have been in a variety of different bands over the years including Iron and Wine, Figure, Desmond, The Giving Heads, Divided Body, Apocalypse Now, Pink Trim, Registered Hog, Langtry, Beef, Pseudotabs, and Car Crash.
