About the suede crocodiles
The Suede Crocodiles were a Scottish indie band based in Glasgow, United Kingdom. Fronted by Kevin McDermott and previously known as Popgun, they appeared on the scene in 1983, along with fellow travellers such as Del Amitri and Lloyd Cole & The Commotions. Their début single, 'Stop The Rain' (1983), quickly established them as one of the most talented bands on the scene, but by the time their follow-up single, 'Paint Yourself a Rainbow', was released
