The Soulbreaker Company se forma durante el 2003 en Vitoria de las cenizas de diferentes bandas locales. El amor por bandas como Led Zeppelín, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Wilson Picket, Raging Slab, Black Sabbath o Mountain les lleva a grabar en el 2004 una demo con sus primeros 6 temas.
