There is more than one artist with this name, including: 1) The Snowmen was an American indie band from San Francisco band active from 1992-1999. The band was formed by Cole Marquis following the split of previous bands. 2) The Snowmen was an early 80s British holiday spoof band comprising Frosty, Blob, Lump and Norman according to Stiff Records. While it is suspected that it was Ian Dury and The Blockheads or Jona Lewie, the only musician known to be involved was session guitarist and singer Martin Kershaw.
