About The Shut Out
The Shut Out, formed in later 2008,is composed of four members from St. Louis who have been involved in local music in their respective locations for years. Our influences are vastly different and help, individually, to form each song piece by piece. Previous bands attained fair local followings in their areas, sharing the stage with many national acts. After previous falling outs; a blend of melody, rock, metal, and many styles came together stylistically in a new band to form what The Shut Out sounds like today.
