About The Rebbels
The Rebbels were a 60s beat/garage band from Germany. Their first single "Monkey Monkey" / "Goin' Back" (Bellaphon BL 1030) was recorded in November 1965. "Monkey Monkey" became a radio hit in Germany. After some lineup shuffling, they recorded the single "Round the World" / "This Can Not Go On" (Bellaphon BL 1040) and a split LP with the Jaguars titled Beat Hits Vol 3 (Bellaphon BVS 309). They broke up in 1967.
