(1) The Quails were a trio from San Francisco, consisting of Jen Smith on vocals and guitar, Julianna Bright on drums and vocals, and Seth Lorinczi on bass. The band split circa 2007, and Julianna and Seth moved to Portland, OR and formed The Golden Bears. (2)The Quails are an English indie rock band from Teignmouth, Devon, UK. Formed in 2006, the band consists of Dan Steer (lead vocals and guitar), Sam Banks (bass guitar), Chris Prentice (drums) and Max Armstrong (lead guitar).
