The Puget Sound is the brainchild of singer/songwriter Kyle Burns of Leesburg, VA. Because of lack of access to a studio, all songs were recorded in Kyle's bedroom with a cheap mic and sound recorder. The first homemade demo "Sound Test" in 2008 is only a collection of lo-fi style recordings, drawing from bands like Pavement and Guided By Voices. The Puget Sound creates fractured songs with vauge vocals and lyrical structures that often have no real meaning.
