About The Portlands
The Portlands are 5 piece rock band based in Manchester who play a distinctive brand of Folk Rock to an ever growing fan base who appreciate a real guitar based style of rock music. Formed in 2009, the Portlands comprise Dook Dootson (guitar and vocals), Nick Dunai (lead guitar), Tim Isherwood (rhythm guitar), Dave (‘Ishy’) Isherwood (bass guitar) and Max Winnington (drums). The band have toured extensively playing regularly to sell out gigs around the north of England including a headline slot to a 10,000 festival crowd.
