Mildenburg, Salzburg, Austria (2006-present) The Pond Pirates convince through their seemingly simple changes different styles of music which mainly influenced by polka, ska, reggae and rock 'n' roll. Since the band's foundation in April 2006 it seems to be in a constant process of creation which obstinately refuses to run in one direction. The Pond Pirates themselves come from different styles of music and prove that their gathering not only works, but that it also is a heartly welcomed alternation in the music scene of Salzburg.
