Australia, Newcastle The Playtapes are a four piece Indie Rock/Pop band, hailing from Newcastle, Australia They released their first EP as a three piece in october 2009 before gaining extra guitarist (and occasional drummer) Rhys Zacher. They recently released their debut album "Kids In the Jungle" in 2011 and performed a strong set at Groovin the Moo Festival, Maitland.
