About The Pickup
The Pickup from Denmark & Sweden was formed in 2003 as a classic 5-piece combo. Back then the music style was a kind of Hill-Billy Rock ‘n’ Roll inspired by American rock music from the seventies. But the style quickly changed as all the members have roots in harder music. Today, three years, and a lot of concerts later, The Pickup now plays what you would call Melodic Highspeed Rock ‘n’ Roll and the main sources of inspiration are many, but mainly themselves.
