Jim Perkins and Cheryl Burns of Finvarra's Wren teamed up with their children Asher and Alison to release one album, "One Big Happy", as "The Perkins Family". Once the kids were a bit older the four of them became the new line-up of Finvarra's Wren. Finvarra's Wren is one of North America's most exciting Irish quartets. "Making the kind of music you'd only hear on the west coast of Ireland", this Detroit, Michigan based band has an intense dedication to their instruments and to Irish music.
