About The People The Poet
The People The Poet are a indie/alternative rock band from Cardiff, Wales. Formed in 2008 as Tiger Please, they released two EPs: 'They Don't Change Under The Moonlight' and 'Seasons'. The band toured with Kids In Glass Houses, Twin Atlantic and Funeral For A Friend. In 2012, the band decided on a change of name to 'The People The Poet' releasing the song 'Being Human'. Later in the year they released the acoustic EP 'Thank You For Today' as well as the song 'Because Of The Blues'.
