The Next Nine Years were a fourpiece Post-hardcore band from the South Wales valley town Maesteg. Members were Thomas Dixon - Guitar and Vocals, Geraint Evans [Gew]- Guitar and Vocals, Andrew Paget - Drums, Andrew Crawford [Snorf] - Bass Guitar. In the Summer of 2005 Andrew Crawford was replaced by Andrew Shay, but the new lineup was shortlived as the band decided to call it a day in late 2005. The band played their last gig in January 2006 to an extremly receptive audience in Maesteg Cricket Club
