About The Motivs
The Motivs are a three piece punk edged rock and roll band that formed in Rochdale, (Nr Manchester), England in May 2008. They are influenced by a wide range of bands and musical styles most notably - Oasis, Joy Division, We Are Scientists, The Clash and Nirvana. Dave Grundy is the lead singer/guitarist of the group sharing the songwriting with Bobby Blakey, who provides lyrics and also plays bass. Harry Beresford completes the line up on drums.
