The Moai Broadcast formed in the fall of 2008 by drummer/producer Nic Bernson and keyboardist Jordan Holt with the idea of achieving the highest level of expression through its most simplistic forms. Holt’s previous band, Tech Tonic, served as a catalyst to form a band with friend Bernson, who has worked with a wide range of artists through his recording studio, The Cheese Factory.
