About The Mist of Dawn
The Mist of Dawn is an ambient project of Evan Witten from Washington, DC formed in 2013. Evan began his musical career in elementary school with the recorder like so many other millennials. His efforts turned to trumpet, but it never caught on. In middle school, Evan switched to percussion and never looked back. His early percussion infatuation lead to beats being banged out on everything in his path. Eventually, the beat had to rest and Evan's love for ambient music began to grow.
