The Miskins, Band Indie beraliran punk rock asal Jakarta ini ternyata berawal dari kejenuhan dan iseng-iseng. Simak ceritanya berikut. Lens, sang vokalis ekspatriat adalah salah satu pendiri The Miskins. Pada tahun 2000, ia bersama Bob, rekannya sesama guru bahasa Inggris di sebuah institusi mengalami kejenuhan akan kesehariannya yang begitu-begitu saja sebagai pengajar. Akhirnya Lens menyampaikan idenya pada Bob untuk membentuk sebuah band untuk mengatasi kejenuhan itu.
