About The Mighty Saguaro
The Mighty Saguaro started in 1997 in Liverpool, England. Between then and their split in March 2004, they played all over the UK releasing one 7" EP on 50,000 watts records and various CDR based EPs. They were a renowned "post-rock-punk-psychedelic-garage-rock" band in a kind of Fugazi meets the MC5, meets Rocket from the Crypt, meets Kyuss meets Dexys Midnight Runners kind of way. They were in various bands before and have been in various bands since - such as Billy England, Bow and Arrow, Croccodile God, The Dry Retch and various others.
