The Mastodon Infantry is a progressive post-punk band from southeast Michigan whose music expresses both disgust towards conventional monetary lifestyles and the transmission of esoteric knowledge. The foursome cite At the Drive-In as their foremost influence; their name is derived from "Rascuache," off ATDI's Vaya EP. The Mastodon Infantry's debut EP is due sometime in the early summer of 2009.
