Spring 2004 was the year when The Marys sprung out of their garage in Rex, GA with a vision to rock the music scene by combining old-fashioned sound with the modern indie-rock attitude. Jamming to the tunes of AC/DC, The Kinks, The Beatles, Rolling Stones, and the likes, the band wrote songs that also had a little hint of Jet, Velvet Revolver, The Strokes, and others. The Marys are: Bernard Balatbat (24 y/o) – lead vocal / rhythm guitar Brian Balatbat (21 y/o) – lead Guitar / backup vocal
