About The Mad Conductor
In the studio, The Mad Conductor is a duo - Chris Tray, former singer, songwriter, and front man from No-Cash, the Nazareth Pa. punk band, and Dan McKinney, keyboard player from The Original Sins, the Jim Weider Band, and countless studio sessions. Chris writes and delivers all the rhymes, and comes up with the initial musical ideas for the songs, often supplying a bass line or guitar part. Dan takes the bare skeleton that Chris provides, and fleshes it out, programming drum beats, samples, organ, piano & synth parts, etc.
