About The Lingus
The Lingus are a band from Antrim/Ballymena, Northern Ireland. They create an uplifting melodic indie rock sound blending driving guitars, soaring vocals and delicate harmonies. November 2007 sees the release of Rebuild The Bridges, the band's fourth EP. Their previous efforts received critical acclaim from the Northern Irish media and radio airplay on BBC Radio Ulster, Downtown Radio, Cool FM and Steve Lamacq on BBC 6 Music. The band have played many venues across Northern Ireland and beyond including appearances at Gifted @ the Empire
