About The Kingfisher
The Kingfisher started in the Winter of 2009 as an after work project. The Kingfisher is an ambient post-rock duo that is always experimenting with their musical process. The members are Adam and Vince who are based in the Phoenix area. They are influenced by bands such as The Album Leaf, Explosions in the Sky, Sigur Ros and some various other artists. The Kingfisher uses field recordings, synths, guitars, laptops and love.
