Now sadly defunct, The Kennet Sheiks hosted a weekly residency at the likewise now defunct Dove pub in Reading for nearly ten years in the 1990s. Initially a country blues duo consisting of Dave Temple and Stuart Cumberpatch, they soon expanded to a quartet with Steve Hill on piano and Dominic Geraghty on double bass.
