About The Karma Parade
From the dusty mire of the Long Island, NY scene, The Karma Parade was founded by John Karma, formerly of the legendary garage-folk punk act Karma Essence. Since the breakup in 2001 a new band formed. The trio, who later became John Karma & The Band Parade, included Nancy Hilsenbeck on percussion and Edward McNeice, of local fav's Otis Mercury Jones on bass.
