The John Wright Band was a British folk band led by John Wright (died 2008), and featuring guitarist Kenny Spiers and fiddler Stewart Hardy. Active through the 1990s, the band's debut album, "The Things We've Handed Down", was released in 1996 on Fellside Recordings.
