The band performed folk/country in Israel between 1976 and 2002, appearing at all the festivals and folk events held there. The band performed at the "Jacob's Ladder" festival for many years, considered to be one of the most important folk festivals in Israel. The band was founded in 1976 by David Deckelbaum, Shay Tochner, David Stacy and David Mencher. They were joined, in 1978, by virtuoso recorder player Elisha Avshalom. In 1981 the band
