About The Jedson Project
The Jedson Project is the alias of Norwegian musician Øyvind Berekvam. Starting out as a drummer in various local bands, he soon discovered the pedal steel guitar and became a member of Thomas Dybdahl's backing band. His pedal steel, harmonica, guitars and mandolin can be heard on releases by Sleepyard, Fenomenon, Poor Edward, Vaiping and The List. His love of Daniel Lanois and Brian Eno inspired his instrumental debut album Settled Down in 2008.
