The Hugs are a popular psychedelic garage pop band native of Portland, Oregon U.S.A. Currently consisting of musicians: Danny Delegato (Founder, Lead Singer, Guitar, Songwriter) The Hugs began in 2007 in Portland, Oregon when singer/founder Danny Delegato formed the group at Cleveland Highschool. The Hugs quickly began writing and delivered their debut self titled album in May 2007 to startling critical acclaim. Within months the band was 'discovered' and signed by famous rock photographer Roger Sargent
