About THE Holy WOW
The Holy Wow is an Indie/Goth/Garage band from New York City. Project started by Dmitry Wild (Weapons of the Future) and an independent sound producer, Vladimir Komarov (PunkTV, Hot Zex), who helped to solidify and record WOW!'s first album, Strato Sessions, at The Smashing Pumpkins guitarist James Iha's studio. The sound consists off drum machines back beat, overdriven reverberated guitars, telephone mic in the style of early The Jesus and Mary Chain, Kino, The Cramps.
