The Harmonettes were a Belizean band that emerged in the 1960s and 70s. The band was founded by Godfrey McGregor, a legendary Belizean musician known for his melodic bass playing and who had previously been part of Belize's big band sound in the 1950s and 60s. He formed the Harmonettes as his solo project.
