The Happy Eyes is a cute pop duo consisting of Redg Camarse (vocals, wit) and Josef Gacutan (guitar/ukulele, production) hailing from the Philippines. The pair first decided to form a band in 2013 during the numerous sleepover's at Josef's condo. They listen to Tegan and Sara, One Direction, and Nicki Minaj.
