About The Hands of Cain
“The Hands of Cain” were formed in 1983 in Athens, Greece, by the ex-members of the teenage punk-rock band (and one of the first of the Greek punk-rock scene), “Ausschwitss”. They were around for about two years, with a number of live gigs in places like the renowned “Pegasus” club and used to be considered part of the Athenian dark-wave scene, that was very lively in the mid ‘80s. Due to bad timing and a disagreement with Creep Records they never had any of their material released, by the time they broke up in 1985.
