About The Friendly Hopefuls
Original Sex Pistols producer, Dave Goodman, was behind this one-off project that jumped on the bandwagon of the Stars On 45 'medley singles' that were enjoying chart succes in 1981. Under the moniker The Friendly Hopefuls Goodman decided to do a punk version of it, with help of Andrew Bor (ex-The Users, drums), Dan Wiseman (guitar) and Andy Blade (f Eater, vocals), with Goodmann himself handling the bass.
