About the forest of suicides
The Forest of Suicides was conceptualized for years, but finally took shape in 2010 following Gates of Enoch's dissolution. Vocalist Chris Harris (ex-Acalvaria), bassist/vocalist Spencer Airheart (ex-Gates of Enoch, Acalvaria), guitarists Jacob Bingham (ex-Gates of Enoch) and Jorge Vallejo (Acalvaria), and drummer Nick Huneycutt (ex-Gates of Enoch, Acalvaria) weave a complex, aggressive and harrowing black metal tapestry of Dantean themes, acts of self-slaughter and the manmade machinations of horror which plague life as we know it.
