
The Fletcher Memorial is an improvisational dream drone project consisting of Roland Daum and James Leland. From the ashes of Six String Malfunction and Emanon (Phoenix Noise) the Fletcher Memorial rose to explore the depths of an almost hypnotic style of music and traveling tones. Started in 1997 the FM underwent an extended hiatus, but is now back stronger including laptops in their large arsenal of noise making tools. Relying heavily on treated guitars
