About The Fighting Lefties
The Fighting Lefties formed in the early 2000s in Birmingham, MI. The original members of the band were Michael Birnkrant (lead guitar), Gabriel Schubiner (bass), Zachary Smith (drums, piano), and Stephen Uffelman (rhythm guitar, vocals). In 2006, Zachary Smith left the band and Brendan Benson became their drummer. The band is currently broken up and has no immediate plans to reunite.
