The Fender IV was an American surf guitar group of the mid-1960s. Formed in 1962 in Baltimore, MD, United States, they moved to San Francisco, CA in the mid-1960s. The band featured the future guitarist of Blue Cheer, Randy Holden. The Fender IV released just two singles, issued by Imperial in 1964 and 1965 respectively, and then morphed into the more R&B-tinged The Sons of Adam.
